Product information

A fully assembled SÜA Ultra-Flex 2/0 AWG welding leads set for welding applications requiring flexible cable routing.

  • Rated 500 amps at 60% duty cycle. Made in the USA with Class M, 34 AWG fine-stranded bare copper conductors.
  • Includes an AF-50 electrode holder lead and a ground lead with your choice of EG-500 zinc-plated steel or MOD 500 high-copper-alloy clamp.
  • Length selections: 15, 25, 50, 75 or 100 ft. Connector options: Dinse 35-70 or LC-40 (Cam-Lock), or terminal lug. Compare connector dimensions with your welder before ordering.
  • TPE jacket resists battery acid, oil, diesel fuel, flame and abrasion. Temperature range: -58°F to 221°F (-50°C to 105°C).
